Ethnic costumes: HÀ NHÌ ETHNIC GROUP (CHỒ CỒ)
Hà Nhì men wear a type of pants called "chân què," with legs wider than 30cm and lengths ranging from 75 to 80 cm. The pants have a leaf-shaped waistband and are indigo and large (8–9 cm). When worn, the waistband is rolled and folded without belts, elastic, or drawstrings. Common for Hà Nhì men is a buttoned shirt with five buttons on the right side, a high collar, tight sleeves, and sleeve cuffs with inner and outer flaps. There are also shirts with slits in the chest, tight around the body, and a neck that is 2–3 cm high. The shirt's hem is long across or passes the buttocks. When worn, the shirt is fastened with fabric buttons. Hà Nhì men often wear a long scarf (4m x 20cm) dyed in the indigo color that is wrapped multiple times around the head and tied to a knot at the back of the neck.
